In Fiji, young girls are trapped in a cycle of poverty, sexual abuse, and drug addiction — fueled by the growing methamphetamine crisis. Dangerous practices like “Bluetoothing” (injecting blood to share drugs) have led to a surge in HIV/AIDS cases, reaching children as young as 9.
